HS2 Traction Substation & Ventilation Shaft.

DSE helped the Mace Dragados team with the preparation of a bespoke assurance strategy for the works relating to the traction substation as well as the associated tunnelling works.

DSE provided a presentation of how the assurance packaging would be provided following separate stakeholder governance to the Mace Dragados team. DSE delivered the assurance strategy detailing the assurance package build up for the delivery of LU stage completion reports, system engineering verification & validation as well as the LU Power QICC process.
