Brent Cross - TOC accommodation & fuel farm.

This Project was delivered via a two phase process. Phase one saw DSE provide detailed strategies for entry into operational use and the ASP (Asset Management Plan). This was carried out by grouping assets by discipline, type and location. This packaged the assurance requirements enabling progressive assurance hand back to the maintainers.

The phase two of this project saw DSE supply a dedicated technical assurance management team, which led the implementation of the agreed strategies on behalf of Principle Contractor GRAHAM.
