Network Rail - Thameslink Residual Works Closeout.

Network Rail N430 Thameslink Residual Works is related to the close out of 90 plus Projects on the Thameslink Route.

We provided and implemented the HBS (Hand Back Strategy) on behalf of principal contractor (BAM Nuttall). The strategy included the confirmation of BAM's scope of works (circa 4000 outstanding snags packaged in 18 work packages), the definition assurance deliverables and technical requirements with Network Rail, and the targets for completion.

After the successful acceptance of the Hand Back Strategy from relevant head of assets and MDU, we provided a dedicated technical assurance team supporting and monitoring BAM with the provision of assurance deliverables. At the same time we delivered the completion of the AMP process on behalf of Network Rail, including generation of AMP018 forms, assurance AMP Packs and AMP017. All deliverables tracked and reported weekly via PBI dashboards.
