We offer bespoke solution depending on the type of project and the compliance requirements. 

 

If a project needs to be delivered in stages, this may involve temporary works as well as the need to clarify what will be completed for operational use. In this instance, we may recommend different strategies for each stage. For example, for a project in the rail sector, we will recommend an entry into service strategy for Network Rail projects or a stage completion plans & reports for London Underground.

Progressive assurance

 

This is essential in all projects. At DSE we believe there is always a way to break down the construction programme to package delivered assured works back to the end user throughout the project lifecycle. In the case of the rail sector, we would provide an AMP strategy for Network Rail related projects or assurance strategy for other stakeholders.
