HS2 Birmingham interchange station.

As part of the constructibility report carried out by the specialist contractor (Costain) on behalf of ARUP, DSE were engaged to provide the detail for testing, commissioning and hand back.

DSE also provided the structure for the early works and main works contractors for the assurance requirements and the level of assurance required at each key milestone.

We assisted the project from PC delivery and setting out the level of assurance required from the PC to fitness demonstration to be taken into use. Other work included integrated testing and commissioning, training and familarisation for teams as well as meeting access requirements and equipment for the continued planned preventative maintenance (from contractor to incumbent operator and maintainer).
